Any wood workers or contacts?

I need to duplicate this as best as possible. We were removing the REALLY old clear and this piece...was plastic. So it ate the shit out of it. Any help greatly appreciated.

Try The Cabinet Shop in ladson. they can usually duplicate just about anything out of any kind of wood you want. We have broken furniture and had them match a few random things and it always comes out looking good as new.
