Well since we got shutdown from Bestbuy on fridays... I have done all the leg work to get another meet set up. Been to Summerville PD and Town Hall.
The New meet/cruise in is going to be at the Sonic in Summerville on Berlin G Myers every saturday starting at 7:30 pm. For now it is just going to be the parking lot. If more people start coming the will expand it to the grass lot next door and build ramps to get up there. The GM has okayed it and writing a letter stating that we have his permission to gather there. Since this is considered private property we do not need a permit. Just written permission from the owner. With that said we can not have any burnouts or people acting like fools or it will ruin it for every one and we will get kicked out. I hope to see everyone there. We are going to try and make this a big meet every week. So any and all support is appreciated. it still does happen, but has been modified a little bit, its now in rotation between 4 sonics. Details can be found here. http://lowcountrymusclecar.atspace.com/Events.htm Last edited by DolSVT00; 09-06-2011 at 07:50 PM. |

Actually this whole thing has been revived by Gary McCullough from Lowcountry Muscle Car Club. (http://lowcountrymusclecar.atspace.com/index.html) Talked to Gary yesterday at the Trident Tech car show and he said he would be getting this years schedule worked out and posted up in the near future. I know Matt (OP) took a lot of shit for this thing, but if you have ever gone up to one of these get togethers its a good group of people and a pretty enjoyable time. Usually a good assortment of old and new cars and a lot of familiar faces.
