A lightning intake with a 5.0 upper? 600.00 really? you are in the realm of a new Holley or Edelbrock intake.

The 351 lowers normally go for $400-$500 and if im not mistaking the uppers are the same...the mustang/ lightning covers are interchangable. Youre right you could get an aftermarket intake for roughly the same price...but if you want an actual lightning intake theyre a little pricey. Asking $600 gotta start somewhere!

I thought the GT40 5.0 had like a 70mm throttle body hole and the 351 Lightning was a 78mm or something, I really don't know. I am looking for a fuel injected upper and lower for a 351w, and still doing my homework..
